Demolition plans for Willesden Green pub also threaten deli – News – Kilburn Times

Plans to demolish a Willesden Green pub and build 56 homes in its place are also putting the future of a nearby deli at risk.
Fairview New Homes has put in a planning application to demolish The Queensbury pub in Walm Lane, Willesden Green, and build a two to ten storey block of flats instead.
The plans, which include the demolition of the Conservative Club, were put in to Brent Council on October 3 and are currently up for consultation.
