Pickup Truck Plows Through Wall of Macomb County ReStore; Store Closed Temporarily – Clinton Township, MI Patch

The ReStore was shut down to give officials a chance to examine the structural soundness of the south wall in the 50,000-square-foot store. It is unknown at this time when the store will re-open.

“We are so thankful that no one was hurt when the vehicle came into the building and that the driver escaped with no apparent external injuries,” said Helen Hicks, executive director, in a prepared statement. “We keep him, and all of our customers and vendors in our prayers and look to re-open the store tomorrow with several specials on new furniture and used items as well.”

The mans condition is unknown at this time.
